RN Command Pro is a documentation aid: you select and verify every response, and your agency or facility record remains the official record. The OASIS-E2 form intentionally does not collect Social Security numbers (M0064) — that stays in your agency record. Telehealth rooms are private links; anyone holding a visit link can join that room, so share links the same way you would share a phone number, and start live transcription only after the patient consents.
